To be honest, I did not like Britney Spears when I was a kid. I think I was in elementary school or middle school and she had just come out with her "Oops I did it again" hit. I don't know what it was exactly, maybe the fact that everyone liked her, or that she was too perfect and unreal (she was an idol to teen girls wearing half a school uniform...). Yeah, I think it was mostly because I thought she was not a "true" person. Like she was not really there, like everything she did was fake. Of course, I liked her music, but there was just something about her....

Haha at that time, I would not have even admitted to liking her music, but now, after her mental struggle from her short marriages, to her kids, her trips to the hospital, and all that drama, I feel like she has maybe (hopefully) found herself.

Slowly, but surely, she has reestablished herself; balancing her daily activities to be a more responsible person. And, I think the thing that has made her more appealing to people now is that she's like everyone else. Sure, she may be a rich pop princess, but she has struggles and she overcomes them over time and not with great ease just like you and me.

What can I say now?
